Primary Social Worker

Schedule : This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position. You can choose either four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days - we’re flexible with a 4- or 5-day workweek. If you select a 4-day schedule, your weekly day off can also be flexible as long as it doesn’t conflict with an IDT day.
On-Call : On-call responsibilities include either one full weekend every other month or one weekend shift per month, whichever fits your preferred rotation. You may also occasionally help with weekday on-call coverage when another Social Worker is off, which is typically only one shift per year. Weekend call shifts run Friday 5 p.m.–9 p.m., and Saturdays and Sundays 8 a.m.–5 p.m. or 11 a.m.–8 p.m. One holiday per year is required, with holiday shifts running 8 a.m.–5 p.m. or 11 a.m.–8 p.m.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Highly motivated and organized with a strong attention to detail and analytical skills to help solve problems.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in business relationships and exercise sound business judgment.
Ability to keep up to date with policies, practices, and regulations.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and capable of dealing with deadline pressures.
Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of Unity.
Satisfy mandatory training requirements regarding local, state, and federal regulations and / or Unity’s policies and procedures.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Ability to adjust to frequently changing demands.
