Shift : 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 AM

Experience :

• 12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience is required from any number of months.

Additional Details :

Shift Notes : 36 hours GTD

Weekend Requirements : Weekend schedule to be determined by facility.

On Call Requirements : On Call schedule to be determined by facility.

Submission Requirements :

2 years recent Med Surg and Tele experience - Required.

2 years experience caring for stroke patients - Required.

Must be willing to take Telemetry patients as needed.

2 supervisory references (1 from within 6 months and 1 from the last 12 months).

NIHSS also must be completed via NIHStrokeScale.org

2 references from last 12 months (Manager / Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
