Technical Support Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Analyst with hands-on experience to support, maintain, and improve our IT infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, adapts quickly, and enjoys wearing many hats across systems, networks, cloud, and user support. You will serve as a key resource for keeping our technology environment secure, reliable, and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Administer, monitor, and maintain servers, networks, and cloud platforms (Windows, MacOS, Google Workspace, etc.).
• Manage Active Directory, group policies, email systems, and identity management solutions.
• Oversee backups, disaster recovery, and system patching to ensure data integrity and uptime.
• Support IT security initiatives, including endpoint protection, access controls, and vulnerability management.
• Assist with hardware / software procurement, installation, and lifecycle management.
• Create and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to ensure smooth delivery of IT services.
