Job Summary :

• Greeting and assisting patrons in person, by phone, and via email with ticket purchases, exchanges, and general inquiries.
• Accurately process ticket orders, payments, refunds, and reservations using the theatre’s ticketing system Ludus.
• Provide clear and friendly information about performances, seating, pricing, promotions, and policies.
• Assist with retail sales.
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure a smooth patron experience.
• Support theatre marketing by distributing marketing collateral to patrons and capturing special moments of the patron experience to share with community stakeholders.
• Assist at promotional events or theatre performances as needed.
• Assisting in other marketing and development initiatives as needed.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities :

Passion for strong writing and verbal communication skills, detail-oriented, organized, and willing to take initiative and jump in when things get busy! Comfortable working independently and collaboratively. Must be available for on-site work during morning and afternoon weekdays and / or afternoon and evening weekend hours.

Preferred Education / Experience :

Previous customer service experience, passion for theatre, the arts, or arts education.

Fine Arts, Theatre Arts, Arts Administration, or Early Childhood Education preferred.
