Growth Marketing Manager
Meilisearch is on a mission to help developers create outstanding search experiences. We strive to make it effortless to find anything, anywhere, by offering a search engine that is quick to set up and easy to understand. With our $15 million funding round completed in September 2022, backed by leading international investors like Felicis Ventures, CRV, and LocalGlobe, our growth is accelerating. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a fast-moving, hands-on marketer, capable of shaping and amplifying our marketing efforts to accelerate our growth trajectory. This role is pivotal in steering the engine of our growth, working alongside and with a support of a Head of Marketing and Developer Advocate to fuel our ascent.
About this role
The Growth Marketing Manager will be instrumental in driving full-funnel growth, focusing on demand and lead generation, driving product sign ups, inbound and organic growth via lifecycle marketing, and marketing operations.

Interview process
30 min screening interview - you will discuss your professional background, motivation for the role, availability, and salary expectations with a recruiter. You'll also learn more about why we're hiring and the profile we're seeking.
1h hiring manager interview, You'll meet Maya, Head of Marketing, and one of our company leaders. This conversation will explore your experience, career progression, and both your strategic and operational skills.
1h technical fit interview You'll have the time to prepare in advance and present a portfolio of your most relevant work for this role, along with an outline of your 30-60-90 day plan. Maya and a team member will review your presentation and ask follow-up questions.
1h team fit interview. You'll meet two team members to discuss your collaboration style, values, and work preferences to assess mutual fit.
Reference check We'll ask for two professional references, ideally including a former manager or key stakeholder.
Offer stage : We'll complete a salary benchmark and send you an offer.
These are all opportunities for you to ask questions to get to know your potential future team better, and discover more about the scope; Time will be left at the end of each interview so you can ask questions.
