Core responsibilities

• Engage with clients to capture travel objectives, preferences and budget constraints; translate those into clear, client-focused plans.
• Conduct thorough research on destinations, accommodations, transport, activities and entry / health requirements to produce safe, practical recommendations.
• Design and deliver polished, easy-to-follow itineraries and trip summaries.
• Manage and confirm bookings for flights, hotels, cruises, tours and car rentals; ensure documentation and records are accurate and up to date.
• Deliver timely, professional client support before, during and after travel handle changes and resolve issues calmly and efficiently.
• Monitor travel advisories, supplier policies and industry trends to keep client guidance current and compliant.
