You clock in, review the day’s dock schedule, and start with a quick safety check of your lift truck. Pallets are staged for outbound orders, inbound trailers are on the way, and the team is counting on your precision. You navigate aisles, place inventory exactly where it belongs, and keep product flowing so customers get what they need—on time and intact.

What you’ll do

• Operate forklifts and related material handling equipment safely and efficiently to move goods throughout the facility.
• Load and unload trucks while protecting products from damage and ensuring proper placement.
• Organize inventory in assigned locations and maintain orderly storage areas.
• Perform routine pre- and post-operation inspections on forklifts; promptly report maintenance needs.
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and site guidelines to maintain a safe workplace.
• Work closely with teammates to achieve daily throughput and accuracy goals.
• Help train new team members on safe forklift operation and best practices.
