PartnerCare is actively recruiting an Interventional Pain Physician for their Comprehensive Pain Consultants Center in Murphy, North Carolina.

This model provides autonomy with support, financial alignment, a path to ownership, and stability with flexibility. Step into a turnkey platform with infrastructure in place, an established referral network, staffed procedural operations, and multiple locations so your ramp is accelerated.

Compensation is structured to support providers during their initial ramp-up period. In year one, we offer a guaranteed base salary plus performance incentives. Starting in year two, compensation transitions to a percentage of collections, with the base salary functioning as a draw against monthly collections .
