Job Description :

ThinkTell Junction We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team and help us create memorable and successful events. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events, from corporate functions to social gatherings. Your creativity and interpersonal skills will be key as you collaborate with clients, vendors, and team members to deliver exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities :

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including venue selection, budgeting, and logistics.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and tailor events accordingly.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Develop and manage event timelines and project plans.
• Coordinate on-site activities, including setup, breakdown, and management of staff and volunteers.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies during events.
