This facility is looking for coverage January ongoing

Outpatient only

M-F 7a-5p

No call

40 hours a week (36 hours patient contact and 4 hours admin)

The facility is only interested in someone willing to give at least 60 days of coverage

Patient Load : 13-15 per day

Duties : New patients, follow up visits, therapeutic treatments (Botox, Occipital Nerve Blocks)

Procedures : Minimal, Botox, Occipital Nerve Blocks

Support Staff : Established LPN or MA already in clinic

EMR : EPIC

45-90 days to privilege

$315 per hour
