Job Description

Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of swimming pools, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing surfaces. Inspect pool equipment and systems to ensure proper functionality and safety standards. Conduct water testing and balancing to maintain optimal chemical levels. Utilize hand tools and power tools for repairs and maintenance tasks. Troubleshoot mechanical issues with pool systems and perform necessary repairs or replacements. Document service visits, including tasks performed and any recommendations for further action. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use. Maintain pool decks : Pressure washing, debris removal, and perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Proven experience in pool cleaning, maintenance, or as a service technician is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to repair various pool equipment. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in maintenance tasks. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong Organizational skills : Manage your daily duties efficiently, maintain accurate service records, and ensure your mechanical rooms are clean, stocked, and in good condition. Excellent verbal and customer service skills. The ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to work outside year-round in a variety of conditions. Mechanical aptitude and pool experience are preferred.

Compensation : $22.00 - $23.00
