What You Will Do

We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative Associate Manager of Social Commerce to support the execution and optimization of TikTok Shop (TTS) activations across our Self Care and Essential Health (EH) portfolios. This role will manage end-to-end campaign processes, coordinate cross-functional communication, and ensure alignment between affiliate and national media strategies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, performance-driven, and passionate about creator-led commerce.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Process Management

• Manage end-to-end processes for TTS activations, including brief development, campaign kickoff, and inventory coordination.
• Own the total TTS site experience for Self Care and EH, ensuring product assortment, content, and promotional alignment.

Agency & Affiliate Oversight

What's in It For You

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges :

$110,500.00 - $156,000.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidates skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
