Job Summary

Join our innovative team as a Digital Marketing Manager specializing in Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT) Technologies. In this dynamic role, you will lead the development and implementation of integrated digital marketing strategies that enhance audience engagement, elevate brand presence, and drive commercial success. Utilize advanced analytics and industry best practices to optimize performance and achieve strategic business objectives.

This position can be worked remotely, but you must be willing and able to travel to Lake Zurich, IL for collaborative team engagements. Please note that we are unable to offer sponsorship at any time. Enjoy a competitive salary range of $80,000-$85,000, with final pay based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns to support the commercial business.
• Develop engaging digital content for web, LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels.
• Adhere to promotional review and approval processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency across all marketing activities.
• Manage the digital calendar and oversee the execution of campaigns to align with key commercial milestones.
• Utilize analytics tools to collect performance data, measure effectiveness, and report insights to stakeholders to inform future optimization strategies.
• Implement ongoing website optimization techniques to enhance performance.
