📍 Position Details

Title : Medical Assistant (CMA)

Location : Penn Medicine Specialty Medicine Valley Forge, 1001 Chesterbrook Blvd., Berwyn, PA 19312

Schedule : Monday–Friday | Hours between 6 : 45 AM – 6 PM (Tuesdays until 8 PM)

\t

\t

Must be flexible to stay until the last patient is seen. Schedules are adjusted weekly.

\t

\t

Type : Temp-to-Perm (must be interested in converting to permanent Penn Med staff)

\t

\t

🩺 Role Summary

The Medical Assistant supports physicians and the practice manager in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care . Responsibilities include :

Preparing patients for exams and procedures

\t

\t

Assisting with technical tasks and documentation

\t

\t

Communicating with patients and families to support care delivery

\t

\t

Maintaining patient flow and ensuring a strong patient experience

\t

⚡ What We're Looking For

\t

Medical Assistants who need minimal training and can step in immediately

\t

\t

Previous EPIC EMR experience highly preferred

\t

\t

Strong commitment to patient care and customer service

\t

\t

Must be able to commute to Berwyn, PA within 30 minutes

\t

📝 Interview & Training

\t

2 Rounds : Virtual Teams In-Person interview

\t

\t

Training : 4-hour virtual EMR session on Fridays

\t

Compliance process starts immediately after offer acceptance (medical drug screen within 72 hrs)

COA must be uploaded within 48 hours of award acceptance
