Our challenge

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Sr. AI / ML Engineer with hands-on experience in LangChain and LangGraph to develop, optimize, and deploy machine learning and NLP-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in AI / ML concepts, experience working with large language models, and deep familiarity with LangChain and LangGraph frameworks.

Additional Information

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $115k - $120k / year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deploy AI / ML models integrated with natural language processing capabilities.
• Utilize LangChain to build and manage language model applications, including chatbots, question-answering systems, and knowledge management solutions.
• Leverage LangGraph to create, visualize, and optimize knowledge graphs for AI applications.
• Integrate LangChain and LangGraph with existing data pipelines and backend systems.
• Experiment with and fine-tune large language models for specific business use cases.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Monitor and improve the performance of deployed models and systems.
• Document architecture, processes, and best practices.
