Nurse Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a Nurse Supervisor for a full-time role working 3 : 00pm-11 : 00pm with on-call rotation in an assisted living community.

Responsibilities include

• overseeing staff workflow, scheduling, and task delegation
• monitoring employee performance and providing feedback
• training new hires and ensuring compliance with company goals
• managing medication, physician orders, and appointments
• training staff on EOEA yearly requirements
