The Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician position offers a locum tenens contract in Montana, providing high-quality, patient-centered care across inpatient and outpatient settings. With a focus on collaboration and effective communication, the physician will manage a patient load averaging 300 deliveries annually while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role includes a competitive compensation structure and covers travel, lodging, and medical malpractice insurance.

Location : MT

Start Date : October 2024

Length / Need : Until January 2025

Travel & Lodging will be covered or reimbursed

Medical Malpractice will be covered

Compensation :

$255-$260 / hr

Schedule :

Clinic + Call, 1 : 3 Call Coverage

Avg call 24 hr.

Details :

Practice Setting- Inpatient & Outpatient

Patient Load : 300 deliveries per year

EMR - EPIC

Procedures & skills required :

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care independently in a collaborative manner.

Deliver care in various settings, including hospital, clinic, telephone, video, or secure email.

Gather patient history, conduct physical exams, and review data using sound judgment.

Develop and monitor treatment plans, communicating effectively with patients, families, and the care team.

Ensure compassionate care through multidisciplinary communication, coordination, and evaluation.

Educate and counsel patients and families to support treatment and discharge plans.

Collaborate with healthcare team members and physicians to ensure safe patient care.

Assist physicians with patient management according to hospital policies and regulations.

Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and document care per guidelines.

Support the organization's mission, vision, values, and service standards while being flexible to float between departments if needed.

Requirements :

Board Certified

Active MA license

BLS, ACLS

Clean Malpractice

Experience - 5+ Year
