• Essential Functions & Responsibilities
• Deliver full-spectrum primary care to patients of all ages, from adolescents to geriatrics
• Conduct office consults, annual wellness visits, follow-ups, and minor in-office procedures (e.g., biopsies, women's health exams)
• Provide personalized education and counseling on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment plans
• Actively engage in continuous learning and inquiry to solve problems and keep more care within the primary care setting
• Perform minor procedures per credentialing / privileging policy
• Supervise and collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants as required
• Qualifications
• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
• Active, unrestricted medical license in Washington
• Strong communication, clinical, and leadership skills
