Job descriptionSupervising and documenting project schedules, change-orders, submittals, budgets, and submit RFI's for approval Oversee maintenance of contract documents for field operations Oversee project activities under the supervision from a project manager Attend project meetings onsite and in the office Oversee with project close-out documentation Establish and maintain open, positive relationships with the team, clients, vendors, and suppliers Provide in-person support at job sites as required Manage client relationships Manage support staff Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related preferred 5-10+ years of total experience 5+ years running projects as a Lead Project Manager Experience managing Mechanical, HVAC, Fire Protection and / or Plumbing Project experience within Healthcare, Life Sciences, Academic and / or Commercial markets Proven track record Competitive base salary Comprehensive benefits (Health, dental, etc.) Monthly auto allowance / travel compensation Bonus eligibility up to 12% 3-4 weeks PTO 401K with match
