JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Plan, monitor and control all service activities to ensure alignment with the Company Mission and Core Business Values to achieve all established service objectives and business unit forecasts.
• Prepare annual budgets for all service operations.
• Select, develop and evaluate service personnel to ensure commitment, competence and human resource availability.
• Communicate, monitor and enforce Service Department policies in order to ensure a high level of consistency within all Service Operations.
• Model, reinforce and monitor safe work practices to ensure that work environment hazards and lost time accidents are maintained at acceptable levels as set forth by the Executive Safety Committee.
• Analyze all monthly service financial statements.
• Facilitate, Administrate, over company and union issues.

RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS :

Minimum 10 years’ experience in the heavy equipment industry with progressive supervisory experience and / or equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
