Technical Skills
- Strong experience managing IT infrastructure, network, and security projects
- Hands-on exposure to “Keep the Lights On” initiatives (patching, lifecycle management, certifications)
- Experience leading Infrastructure-as-Code efforts (preferably Terraform)
- Proficiency in Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
- Skilled in project tracking and reporting using PM tools (MS Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, GitHub)
- Ability to coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and cross-functional partners
- Competency in project budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation
- Strong background in risk / issue identification, mitigation, and lifecycle tracking
- Ability to drive process improvements and support PMO methodology refinement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive-level updates
- Proven track record of managing multi-division collaboration efforts

Project & Program Management
Create project charters, schedules, work plans, and execution roadmapsDefine project scope, deliverables, and timelines using Agile and Waterfall methodsTrack progress and ensure projects remain within approved baselinesManage vendor coordination and internal resource alignmentMaintain detailed project documentation and reportingTeam Leadership
