Performing routine and special inspections to ensure airworthiness of helicopters. Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Replacing faulty parts and components and testing helicopters post-repair. Maintaining detailed records of maintenance and repair work. Collaborating with other technical team members and pilots to discuss maintenance protocols. Ensuring compliance with military regulations and safety standards. Keeping inventory of maintenance supplies and ordering new materials as needed. Strong knowledge of helicopter mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Ability to interpret and follow technical drawings and schematics. Proficiency with tools and equipment used in helicopter maintenance. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
