A Day in the Life :

As a Tax Preparation Specialist , you will receive extensive tax training and be supported by an expert team to ensure your success. Enjoy the freedom, flexibility, and potential for additional earnings that come with the role.

• Conduct thorough tax interviews with clients in-person and via virtual tools (video, phone, chat, email).
• Prepare accurate and complete tax returns.
• Drive business growth by enhancing client retention and offering supplementary products and services.
• Provide IRS support to clients.
• Contribute to office priorities through teamwork and collaboration.
• Expand your tax expertise continuously.
