Job Description

Sentara Medical Group is seeking an Acute Care Advanced Practice Provider to join Sentara Martha Jefferson's dynamic and growing Urology practice in Charlottesville, Virginia . Enjoy the stunning mountain views while touring the breweries and wineries, exploring hiking trails, historical sites, and shopping opportunities.

Position Highlights :

• Be part of a well-established team of 2 physicians and 1 APP
• Inpatient responsibilities include hospital rounding, consults, discharges, and occasional time in the OR
• Outpatient duties involve managing follow-up visits, pre- and post-operative evaluations, catheter care, reviewing labs, biopsies, imaging, bladder scans, and more
• Perform procedures such as Foley insertions, uroflow / urodynamics, cystoscopies, and vasectomies
• Maintain an independent patient panel of approximately 12-15 patients per day
• No call requirements at this time
