What We’re Looking For :

Experience : Minimum of 1 year as a nurse in a supervisory role

Background : About 2 years in long-term care or physical rehab preferred

Leadership : Strong team communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills

Compassion : Ability to support patients and families emotionally, psychologically, and spiritually

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise and direct nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care

Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain excellence in service

Educate residents and families on conditions, medications, and self-care

Support patient independence by setting goals and promoting wellness

Ensure compliance with infection control, medication, and safety protocols

Document care, maintain continuity across shifts, and resolve patient needs

Oversee nursing supplies and equipment maintenance

Stay current through ongoing professional development

Qualifications :

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania (required upon hire)
