Job Description

Role : Graphic Design

Location : Getzville, NY (onsite)

2 Headcounts (1st Shift 7am to 3 : 30 pm, Monday – Friday; 1 role, Tuesday – Saturday)

Must be proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Illustrator, Adobe, and Photoshop.

Not looking for UX / UI designers. Preference for candidates with more graphic design experience rather than marketing or social media. College students are welcome if they can adhere to the schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Produce marketing materials (pitch books, deal books, covers, templates, infographics) using MS Office and Adobe at an advanced level.

Assist in creating creative PPT pitch books and visual solutions, including motion graphics.

Trace and produce logos, maps, and illustrations.

Ensure branding consistency and advise clients on brand use.

Liaise with workflow staff and clients regarding deadlines and design requirements.

Complete admin tasks for billing and job tracking.

Assist with intake coordination as needed.

Maintain quality control of own work and assist colleagues.

Mentor new starters post-training.

Contribute to best practices through internal initiatives.
