Your Role and Responsibilities

As a valued member of our team, you will thrive in a supportive atmosphere where both you and your clients can flourish. Here’s what you’ll be doing :

  • Conduct culturally sensitive assessments : Create a welcoming environment for clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Provide tailored therapy : Offer individualized outpatient therapy for clients and families, guiding them on their path to healing.
  • Develop comprehensive plans : Craft crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to empower clients in their mental health journey.
  • Engage in collaborative care : Work alongside psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and fellow therapists to deliver holistic mental health care.
  • Participate in team meetings : Contribute your expertise in case consultations and discharge planning.
  • Maintain professional standards : Ensure timely completion of documentation, billing, and treatment plans.

What We’re Looking For

To join our dynamic team, you should have the following qualifications :

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
  • Provisional license as required by state regulations.
  • A passion for mental health and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
  • Dedication to ongoing professional development, including free supervision and continuing education.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and families.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle documentation and administrative tasks efficiently.
