Join our team as a Stepdown Nurse (RN)!\n\nAs a Stepdown Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care in transitional units designed for individuals who require more attention than what is offered on a medical-surgical floor but do not need the intensity of care found in ICUs. Your responsibilities will include : \n

• Continuously evaluating and monitoring patients' progress to identify any sudden or subtle changes in their medical conditions.\n
• Calculating drug dosages and titrating medication doses, administering continuous medication infusions, and closely monitoring patients for any effects of the medications.\n
• Collaborating effectively with physicians and all other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of patient care.\n\nShift : 3x12 Nights\n\nLocation : Knoxville, Tennessee
