As a Screener in a logistics and distribution environment, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with staff and visitors, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the logistics and distribution location. Screen individuals, vehicles, and / or packages entering or exiting the facility to help to deter unauthorized access and prohibited items. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity and report any irregularities. Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to established protocols. Assist with emergency response activities as needed, following Allied Universal and client guidelines. Communicate clearly with team members, site personnel, and visitors to support a secure and welcoming environment.

Minimum Requirements

A Transportation Security Administration issued Transportation Worker Identification Credential is required. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
