Accounting Specialist

Description

Well established company in Danvers in search of an Accounting Specialist on a part-time basis.

For this position, we are seeking someone with 4+ years of accounting and / or full charge bookkeeping experience.

Responsibilities :

• 1099 processing
• AR and AP
• enter and import GL entries
• enter and audit all monthly credit card spending
• bank reconciliation
• fixed assets maintenance
• maintain monthly close schedule
• y / e tax documents preparation
• review financial information and documents monthly
• Daily use of QuickBooks (BOTH versions)

The right candidate will be able to work independently, show high attention to detail, and have solid technical skills.
