Your Role

As a Project Manager for Major Capital Projects , you will lead cross-functional project teams to deliver and implement capital projects exceeding $30 million USD across multiple sites. This position requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and proven project management expertise.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the full life cycle of capital projects - from conceptual design and cost estimation to implementation and deployment .

Manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.

Oversee all aspects of project scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

Conduct feasibility studies, vendor selection, and proposal evaluations.

Define Statements of Work (SOW) and specifications for all goods and services.

Track and manage interdependencies between technology, operations, and business functions.

Lead Process Safety Management (PSM) initiatives - including Risk Assessments, HAZOPs, MOCs, PSSRs, LOPA, and SIS implementation.

Report on project milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies to leadership.

Contribute to establishing best practices, policies, templates, and tools for capital project management.

Travel up to 50% may be required.

Your Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering ( Chemical Engineering preferred )

15 20 years of proven experience in project management for large-scale capital projects

Ability to manage multiple projects at different stages effectively

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent technical and data analysis abilities

Demonstrated capacity to learn new chemistries and processes

Deep understanding of project and program management principles and Process Safety Management requirements

Base Salary : $120,000 $160,000 USD
