Licensed Therapist

Join our dynamic team at Uptown Psych, part of the Optum family, as an Independently Licensed Therapist. You will play a crucial role in enhancing healthcare for our diverse patient population as part of the Optum Behavioral Care Team.

In this hybrid role, you will be required to work a minimum of 3 days per week onsite, and candidates must reside within commuting distance of Chicago.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive screenings and assessments for various mental health and substance use disorders.
• Provide effective treatment for mental health conditions using evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy.
• Track and monitor treatment responses, assessing any changes in clinical symptoms or treatment side effects.
• Maintain up-to-date electronic medical records and clinical documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

We comply with all minimum wage laws and our pay structure considers various factors, including local labor markets and experience. The salary for this position ranges from $58,800 to $105,000 annually for full-time employment.
