What You’ll Do

• Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs across all departments.
• Source, screen, and engage top talent to meet hiring goals. This includes both admin and field staff clinicians : RNs, LPNs, CNAs, PT, OT, SLP.
• Lead or contribute to full-cycle recruitment efforts, from posting jobs to onboarding.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams to create an exceptional hiring experience.
• Help improve and shape our recruitment processes and employer brand.
