Field Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is seeking a Field Technician on behalf of our client, a leading construction and infrastructure development company. This role is critical to the installation, maintenance, and emergency repair of fiber networks, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities :

• Perform fiber-to-the-home installations in residential and commercial settings
• Troubleshoot and repair internet and phone services
• Maintain and provision outside plant facilities, including aerial and buried fiber networks
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through professional and efficient service
• Manage daily work assignments within a designated geographical area
• Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to a safety-focused culture
• Adapt to evolving technologies, methods, and procedures
• Occasionally travel to support service delivery in other regions
