A Day in This Role
- Begin by reviewing work orders and instructions to pinpoint what needs to move, where, and when.
- Stage, pick, and transfer materials by hand or using forklifts, dollies, and other warehouse tools.
- Complete simple computer transactions to keep inventory counts accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate with coworkers, suppliers, and internal teams to keep communication clear and professional.
- Support continuous improvement by spotting waste, suggesting fixes, and helping implement better ways of working.
- Follow company safety practices and uphold OSHA standards at every step.
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent.At least 6 months of experience in a warehouse or materials handling setting.Ability to lift up to 70 lbs safely and operate common material handling equipment.Basic math, reading, and English communication skills.Preferred
Hands-on experience with forklifts and similar machinery.Strong attention to detail with solid organizational habits.Comfort using computers and standard desktop applications.Work Environment
This is an on-site manufacturing role involving regular physical activity—lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods.
