About The Position

Job Title : Temp - Pharmacist (Outpatient, Days)

Location : Maple Grove, MN

Duration : 13 Weeks

Shift Details : Shift Type : Days

Shift Times : Rotating between 08 : 00 , 10 : 30 AM-18 : 00 PM, 10 : 00 AM-14 : 00 PM

Shift Lengths : 4-8 hours / day

Hours Guaranteed : 32 hours / week

Position Overview :

Pharmacist is needed to support outpatient pharmacy services in Maple Grove, MN. The ideal candidate will be a licensed pharmacist with strong outpatient experience, proficiency in Epic Willow, and a passion for patient-centered care.

The Pharmacist will be responsible for :

Reviewing medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness

Monitoring for potential drug interactions and allergies

Overseeing medication and IV dispensing by pharmacy technicians

Providing clinical consultation to healthcare staff

Performing kinetic drug dosing

Supporting medication reconciliation and compliance processes

Accepting other duties as assigned to support organizational goals

Required Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)

Licensure : Active license with the Minnesota State Board of Pharmacy

Experience :

Outpatient Pharmacy experience – Required

Proficiency with Epic Willow – Required

Must complete MN DHS Net Study & Fingerprinting (for all patient-facing positions)
