Job description

Job Title : Senior AI / ML Engineer

Location : Atlanta,GA

Qualifications :

Minimum Requirements :

5+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
3+ years of experience (professional or academic) in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
Hands-on experience with Agile SDLC and DevOps / DevSecOps methodologies.
Proven development experience on AWS, with specific expertise in AWS SageMaker.
Proficiency in general-purpose programming languages such as Python, R, Scala, or Spark.
Hands-on experience in one or more AI / ML domains, including :

Natural Language Processing (NLP)

Sentiment Analysis

Classification

Pattern Recognition

Experience with AI / ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, scikit-learn, CNTK, Caffe, Gluon, or Torch

Familiarity with Generative AI tools and frameworks, including :

Prompt engineering

LLM fine-tuning

Guardrails for GenAI applications

Experience working with Vector Databases and supporting data infrastructure.

Expertise in training, deploying, and maintaining Large Language Models (LLMs).

Background in production-grade development and systems integration.

Strong communication skills with experience presenting to both technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities :

Identify and deliver impactful AI opportunities across customer- and employee-facing experiences.

Collaborate with business and technology teams to align solutions with organizational goals.

Lead technical strategy and provide thought leadership in AI / ML solution design.

Partner with Architecture, Foundations, and Security teams to implement scalable and secure patterns.

Define and measure success metrics for AI implementations

Engineering Excellence :

Design and build scalable AI components, APIs, and microservices.

Work cross-functionally with product and business teams to implement AI solutions.

Champion best practices in design, development, documentation, and deployment.

Ensure security, reliability, and scalability through test-driven development and CI / CD pipelines.

Monitor, support, and continuously improve AI applications in production environments.

Lead performance optimization, reliability engineering, and cost-efficiency efforts.

Mentorship & Collaboration :

Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Conduct code reviews, share knowledge, and drive team-wide best practices.

Operate in Agile squads and actively contribute to sprint planning and execution.

Own and support solutions end-to-end - including production issue resolution and post-deployment monitoring.
