Overview

Due to the confidential nature of the role and access to student information, employees in the Student Services department may not be concurrently enrolled as an RCHC student. The Admissions Coordinator II is responsible for all activities and duties of an Admissions Coordinator I, as well as additional responsibilities including Customer Service, Admissions Support, Registrar Support, and cross-training for Bursar and Health Records functions.

What You Will Do

• Support admissions processes for students entering pre-nursing or pre-allied health, advising on general education requirements prior to application.
• Assist with registrar duties such as registration and tracking of consortium general education courses.
• Provide advanced support, including cross-training for Bursar or Health Records functions, performing advanced SIS functions, and backup Registrar functions.
• Deliver exemplary customer service.
