A company is looking for a Workforce Logistics Manager to support the coordination and movement of personnel across mission-critical projects nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain an understanding of field staff assignments across active projects
Coordinate personnel rotations and travel arrangements with Project Managers and Operations leadership
Monitor travel patterns and assist in resolving logistics issues as they arise
Required Qualifications
Experience in logistics, operations, project coordination, or workforce deployment in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
Previous experience in coordinating travel and schedules is preferred
Ability to work independently while staying connected to the project team
Experience in the building design and construction industry is desired
