Job description
A company is looking for a HSPC Clinical Resource Nurse.
Key Responsibilities
Ensures appropriate clinical pathways are assigned on the plan of care
Completes daily oversight of the Muse system for ongoing patient needs
Participates in quality assurance activities to improve patient care continuity
Required Qualifications
Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing
Current, unencumbered RN license specific to the assigned state
Licensure in additional states within the assigned territory
One year of RN experience in hospice
Reliable internet service for remote work
