The Time Capturing Specialist will be responsible for managing time clocks and training for the systems.

This position is full-time, direct hire position located in (HQ) Columbus, Ohio.

Primary Functions :

• Manage time clocks.
• Offer tech support for branches and clients.
• Training new employees and clients on using the time clocks and walking them through the E-portal.
• Shipping out time clocks to new clients and on-site locations.
• Managing an excel spreadsheet for keeping an inventory control on all of our time clocks including locations, dates shipped and received.
• Performing audits.
