Education & Experience Required :

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering required with 5+ years’ experience required.
  • Master's degree in engineering required with 3+ years’ experience required.

Technical Skills

Required)

  • Qualification in an engineering discipline relevant to Electrification and Electric powertrain component development.
  • Experienced engineer with background in product development.
  • An ability to review and apply product standards such as IEC 60204-1, ISO 12100 and ISO 13849, and provide guidance to engineers and other business functions.
  • Experience of developing technical reports that demonstrate product capability for use in compliance certifications and homologation.

  • Experience or Qualifications in Risk Assessment, Safety Risk Management, or Functional Safety.
  • Experience with electrical safety standards, product regulatory requirements, product validation or DFMEA.

    Required)

  • Self-motivated and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks with an ability to successfully deliver to firm timing and quality targets.
  • Strong commitment to product safety and quality, with excellent communication / influencing skills at all levels.

    • Proven ability to build strategic working relationships, understand business constraints, and resolve conflict through compromise and consensus building
