Project Manager Commercial Construction (DSA / Healthcare Focus)

Locations :

  • Bay Area (SF, Oakland, Berkeley)
  • Sacramento / Central Valley
  • Southern California (Moreno Valley, etc.)

As a Project Manager, youll be responsible for :

  • Leading overall project and team performance
  • Building strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Estimating and developing budgets, preparing / maintaining project schedules
  • Managing contracts, financials, buyout, subcontracts, change orders, and billings
  • Overseeing safety compliance and leading project meetings
  • Driving communication, documentation, and training for project staff

    • What Were Looking For

  • Were seeking a Project Manager with proven experience in either DSA (Division of the State Architect schools, education) or Healthcare / OSHPD projects (or both). This is a must-have to ensure compliance, safety, and successful delivery in these highly regulated environments.

    • Additional requirements :

  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management (or equivalent field / experience)
  • Proficiency in Sage 300, Procore (or similar CM software), MS Office, and Bluebeam / Adobe
  • Valid drivers license
  • A knowledge seeker who asks why and digs until they understand
  • Someone who can work hard and play hard!
