95% Adult, 5% Pediatric

Patient Load : 16–18 office / clinic patients per day (7.2 hours per day)

Group Composition : 3 Physicians

0 Advanced Practice Providers

Onsite Facilities : Lab

X-ray

Office Ancillary Staff :

1 RN Navigator

4 Medical Assistants (MAs)
