Description : Fresno / Visalia / Oakland / Bakersfield offices seeking several Sales Assistants to join their team. The selected candidate will assist Agents by maintaining records, preparing / updating spreadsheets, draft professional documents, schedule travel, process payments, and communicate professionally by phone and email.
Requirements : The ideal candidate will be punctual, growth minded, bilingual Spanish, be proficient in Microsoft Office and possess 1-2 years of clerical, sales and / or customer service experience in an office setting. Candidates must be able to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays.
