The Role

We need an experienced divorce and family law paralegal (in-person (if in the Austin area), hybrid, or remote) who can hit the ground running alongside our stellar team. From strategy meetings to post-judgment client care, youll blend sharp technical skills with empathy and practical wisdom to help families navigate divorce and custody disputes.

This isnt an entry-level gig. Youll need 3+ years in family law litigation, confidence with contested matters, and the sense to know when a fight isnt worth the cost (because yes, $500 in attorneys fees over $50 in airline miles really does happen).

Responsibilities

• Shape and support case strategies with discovery, pleadings, motions, and mediation prep.
• Be a dealmaker helping families resolve disputes creatively, outside the courtroom.
• Project confidence and competence in contested cases while keeping clients calm and informed.
• Embody our vibe : serious work without taking ourselves too seriously.
