Personal Injury Case Manager

We are seeking a Dedicated and Detail-Oriented Case Manager to join our Legal Team.

• Position Overview :
• Case Manager
• will be responsible for overseeing and managing Personal Injury files from Intake to Settlement or Litigation Handoff.

Candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of handling a high-volume caseload while maintaining superior client service.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Open, Manage, and Maintain Personal Injury Case Files
• Serve as the Primary Point of Contact for Clients, Medical Providers, and Insurance Adjusters
• Gather, Review, and Organize Medical Records and Bills
• Schedule Medical Appointments and Track Treatment Progress
• Prepare and Send Demand Packages to Insurance Carriers
• Follow up with Providers, Adjusters, and Clients to Obtain Necessary Documentation and Case Updates
• Maintain Detailed Case Notes in Case Management Software
• Assist Attorneys with Case Preparation and Support a Smooth Transition to Litigation if Necessary
• Ensure all Deadlines are Met and Tasks are Completed in a Timely and Professional Manner
• Qualifications :
• Required-Minimum
• 2 years
• of Experience as a Case Manager in
• Personal Injury
• Law Firm
• Strong understanding of Personal Injury Law, Medical Terminology, and Case Progression
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to Manage Multiple Tasks and Deadlines in a Fast-Paced Environment
• High Attention to Detail and Strong Organizational Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Case management Software
• Spanish-Speaking Preferred\
