A company is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies for customer engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize targeted programs for every stage of the customer lifecycle

Implement strategic marketing programs to drive upsell and expansion while incorporating customer feedback

Define metrics to track effectiveness and report insights on customer marketing programs

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

Minimum of 6+ years of marketing experience, including 2+ years in a customer-facing role

Proven track record in developing successful marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement

Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle and journey mapping

Experience using marketing automation tools and proficiency in data analysis
