They own their own pulp plant and can provide innovative and cost-effective packaging to any company that needs a box! With current majority market share of the Nappa Valley market, the company is looking to further expand into the grass seed and forage-related market of The Willamette Valley!

We're looking for experienced, entrepreneurial sales consultants who are passionate about delivering smart, customized packaging solutions to manufacturers, wineries, and CPG brands across California.

Must be in the Eugene, OR area, making multiple client visits weekly.

What You'll Do

• Grow and manage your own book of business through proactive outreach and strategic relationship building
• Visit clients onsite to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Drive both new business and reactivation of lapsed accounts
• Convert inbound leads into revenue
• Sell a broad portfolio : ~60% stock boxes, ~40% custom packaging
• Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth pricing, processing, and delivery
• Own the full sales cyclefrom first call to long-term account management
