Job Title : Licensed Therapist (LCPC) (LCSW) (LMFT)

Role Summary : The Therapist will offer counseling services, including but not limited to evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of mental illness and other psychological issues. The Licensed Therapist will engage with clients, team, and systems as aligned with best practice and standard operating procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Caseload Building and Maintenance : Builds and maintains a caseload of a minimum of 15 client sessions per week or otherwise agreed-upon minimum. Engages in referral activities to meet goal caseload.
- Client Coordination : Coordinates onboarding process for new clients and maintains existing clients through correspondence with prospective clients, team, and following standard operating procedures.
- Assessment, Planning, and Treatment : Conducts bio-psychosocial assessments to diagnose and formulate plans of treatment. Selects interventions, monitors, treats, and engages in any appropriate external care coordination for clients according to best practice client care. Faith-Informed Services : for clients seeking faith-integrative care, delivers counseling services in alignment with the clients faith.
- Documentation : Completes thorough, accurate, and quality documentation of client sessions within the designated deadlines for every client visit using the designated EHR system.
- Systems management : Appropriately manages schedule, coding, and all information in EHR, schedules and codes correctly, interfaces with other systems as needed.
- Meeting Attendance : Attends 1 : 1 and team meetings as assigned. Attends meetings with supervisor as needed for guidance.
- Communication : Maintain effective and timely communication (verbal, non-verbal, and written) with supervisor(s), practice personnel, and clients.
- Other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications :
Proficient clinical skills including psychological assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, intervention, risk assessment, and triage. Current awareness of developments in relevant fields.Thorough understanding of applicable ethical standards, good clinical judgment, and critical thinking skills.Ability to operate collaboratively and independently.Commitment to producing exceptional work, a desire to learn, and a growth-oriented mindset.Interpersonal skills, including empathy, ability to establish trust, and remain calm during tense situations.Quality and timely documentation skills and a willingness to integrate feedback to refine.Proficient with EHR software and other applications such as Google Workspace.Excellent verbal, written, and non-verbal communication skills.Education & Experience :
Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field requiredCurrent state license in the state of Illinois. Applicable licenses include LCSW / LCPC / LMFT or equivalentExperienced with specialty psychotherapeutic interventions, range of clinical issues, and documentationHow to Apply :
